Individual Psychotherapy

$170 per 50-minute session

Private counselling therapy services are not currently covered under Nova Scotia’s public health insurance (MSI). The majority of private health care plans offer coverage for psychotherapy services.  A client is encouraged to review their private insurance plan to determine the coverage available for a Registered Counselling Therapist. Direct billing may be available (e.g., Blue Cross). Alternatively, a receipt will be issued to the client for reimbursement through their insurance company.
